Home Health Solutions Group (“HHSG”, “we”, “us”, “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you interact with us, apply for employment, or use our internal systems including the HHSG Employee Manager and StaffingMap applications.

1. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Full name and contact information
  • Mobile phone number and email address
  • Professional credentials (license number, expiration, role)
  • Service area (ZIP codes you are available to cover)
  • Employment eligibility documents required by federal law
  • Patient-care related data limited strictly to operational dispatch needs

2. How We Use Your Information

We use your information solely for:

  • Verifying employment eligibility and credentials
  • Assigning, dispatching, and confirming shifts
  • Sending SMS and email notifications about shift availability, assignments, schedule changes, and reminders
  • Complying with healthcare regulations including HIPAA

3. SMS / Text Message Communications

By providing your mobile phone number during onboarding, you consent to receive SMS notifications from HHSG regarding shift opportunities, assignments, confirmations, and operational reminders related to your employment.

Message frequency varies based on shifts assigned (typically 2–10 messages per week). Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any HHSG SMS. Reply HELP for help, or contact care@hhsgroup.net.

4. Information Sharing — Mobile Opt-In Data

HHSG does NOT share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties or affiliates for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes. SMS consent and phone numbers are used only by HHSG for operational communication with employees.

5. Data Security

Employee data is stored in HIPAA-compliant Microsoft 365 systems under Business Associate Agreement. Access is restricted to authorized HHSG coordinators on a need-to-know basis.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing care@hhsgroup.net. Opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP.
