SMS / Text Messaging Terms

Home Health Solutions Group — Shift Notifications Program

Program Description

By opting in, HHSG employees receive SMS notifications about shift availability, assignments, schedule changes, shift confirmations, and reminders related to their work with Home Health Solutions Group.

Message Frequency

Frequency varies based on shifts assigned, typically 2 to 10 messages per week. Frequency may be higher during peak demand.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. HHSG does not charge for the messages, but your wireless carrier may.

Opt-In

You opt in by providing your mobile phone number and checking the SMS consent box on the HHSG enrollment form at https://staffingmap.hhsgroup.net/legal/sms-optin. The same form is presented during employee onboarding and to existing staff who haven't yet enrolled. Once enrolled, you will receive a welcome message confirming your enrollment. Your consent is recorded with a UTC timestamp, your IP address, and the exact version of these Terms you agreed to.

Opt-Out

You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any HHSG SMS. You will receive a confirmation message and will not receive further notifications. You may re-subscribe by replying START.

Supported Carriers

AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, Cricket, MetroPCS, U.S. Cellular, Virgin Mobile, and most other US carriers.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

HHSG does NOT share, sell, rent, or trade mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with any third parties or affiliates for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy.
